Quality

A Quality Management System (QMS) has been developed in accordance with ISO guidelines to ensure our personnel provide our customers with the highest possible quality services that meet or exceed industry standards and code requirements. Our QMS is reviewed and revised on a regular basis to keep current with the latest industry standards.

OUR QMS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Our QMS is a collection of business processes and procedures which aims to ensure that the quality of services meets – or exceeds – customer expectations.  The QMS documentation comprises a set of documents and records that define IRISNDT’s QMS.  QMS documentation includes documents related to compliance with applicable requirements, as well as to quality assurance.

Our quality system incorporates a number of core elements to control the quality of services that we deliver to our clients, including:

    • quality policy, quality objectives
    • quality manual
    • quality procedures, instructions, and records
    • document control
    • organizational structure and responsibilities
    • data management
    • processes
    • customer satisfaction
    • continuous improvement

Put together, these elements make up a system which defines expectations, responsibilities and actions needed to achieve the expected quality of products or services.

 

Our QMS also includes procedures for the control of processes from tender and contract review through auditing and customer verification of our services to ensure we are delivering quality services. Elements of our quality assurance processes include:

    • Measuring and Testing Equipment
    • Calibration and Verification of Equipment
    • Inspection and Test Plans
    • Procurement/Supplier Verification
    • Identification and traceability of equipment and Consumables
    • Identification and Recording of Non-Conformances

Our manuals and procedures are reviewed by ASME Authorized Inspection Agencies, Government jurisdictional and regulatory bodies, and Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) entities throughout the world.

We continually upgrade developments in quality assurance standards and principles by attending courses, seminars and working with independent consultants.

As with any QMS, the only effective way to improve is to find out what works, what does not work and what needs improvement. At IRISNDT we welcome audits from our clients and regulatory bodies to ensure our processes meet or exceed expectations. The Quality Manager is available for consultation during these audits at no cost to our clients to address the important topics.
