Edmonton, AB – IRISNDT is pleased to announce the acquisition of Renewable Blade Service Canada Inc. Based in Goderich, ON, Renewable Blade Service serves the Wind Power market, offering a wide array of blade inspection, cleaning, repair, and maintenance services to customers in the Renewable and Energy industries. This is IRISNDT’s second acquisition in the wind market following the acquisition of Texas-based Altura Wind Services in June 2021.

We look forward to further building out this service line and leveraging IRISNDTs advanced NDT, rope access, and mechanical services offerings for our customers”, said Kevin Bender, owner of Renewable Blade Service. Kevin Bender will remain at the helm as Operations Director, Renewables for Renewable Blade Service, a division of IRISNDT.

IRISNDT (www.irisndt.com) is a privately-owned NDT, Inspection, and Integrity Engineering company with operations in the U.S.A., Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. The company serves a blue-chip customer base in the refinery, petrochemical, chemical, agricultural, and power/renewables sectors around ongoing operational activities and maintenance turnaround projects, as well as construction and expansion projects.
