IRISNDT announces Bret Moffett as CEO

Edmonton, Alberta, Canada – The IRISNDT Board of Directors appointed Bret Moffett as Chief Executive
Officer of the firm last week. Moffett will be based in the United States and will join the Board of Directors for
IRISNDT Inspection & Engineering. Previously Moffett served as the CEO of POWER Engineers, a global
consulting firm specializing in the delivery of multidisciplinary engineering, environmental, and program
management services to the electric power, industrial, and federal markets.

Moffett succeeds Marcel Blinde, who will remain with the firm in the role of Chief Strategy Officer. In his new
role, based in Canada, Blinde will actively support the CEO with formulating and executing the company’s
strategic plan. Blinde will be joining the Board of Directors of IRISNDT Inspection & Engineering.

Moffett earned his B.S. in Computer Science from New Mexico Tech and his M.B.A from Boise State
University. He also completed his executive education at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
